“Jude Cosway and her team worked on 17 projects for the Royal College of Physicians over a period of 2.5 years.
The projects included: analysis of our meetings and events strategy, development of a business plan for the implementation of an internal PCO service here at the College, overseeing the delivery of our quincentenary conference in London in June 2018, corporate partnerships audit, marketing and sales implementation and account management. Jude also worked with the international teams on various, including a campaign for Physicians for Africa.
They went the extra mile for every project they worked on. The team audited the marketplace carefully then implemented strategic plans across various areas of the College, working with a full range of stakeholders to do so, from the President and council, to the day-to-day operations staff. They represented the RCP to the wider healthcare industry at the highest level.
The whole team are personable, friendly, diligent and professional all at times. They strike just the right balance whilst being very detail and results focussed. For one of the projects, they worked on, they generated an income of £523K over a period of 10 months.”
